PUPPY PACK INFORMATION
NEW FOR 2007!!!
Hey Kids, Form a "Puppy Pack!"
(no less than 4 members,
no more than 12)
Form a Puppy Pack by grabbing 4 to 12 friends, scout members, clubs at
school,
church groups, brother and sisters, or cousins under the age of 12 years
old!
Give your "pack" a name and be sure to put it on your registration form,
then strut your stuff!
Perks of a Puppy Pack:

The registration fee is only $5 each!
☺
The registration fee is waived for puppy pack walkers raising $100
or more and
designated to the CPAA spay/neuter program.
(to qualify for a winning pack, all walkers in the pack must
designate their pledges to
the same CPAA member group or to the CPAA spay/neuter fund.)
The Puppy Pack that raises the most pledges will receive:

Free lunch at the CPAA
Hippy Hound Café)

A Puppy Pack photo that will be displayed on the CPAA website
☺
A goody bag for each member of the pack
☺
Treats for the furry walkers in the pack
☺
Each winning pack walker (up to 12 walkers) who raises min. $100
in pledges will receive a Grateful
Dog Walk t-shirt!
(limited availability to first 100 walkers raising over $100)
